Requesting an invoice or quotation

Include the client name, company name, service required, billing details, contact details, expected deadline and any supporting documents relevant to the request.

Submitting proof of payment

Include the invoice number, amount paid, payment date, payment reference, client name and service description. Attach the proof of payment where applicable.

Payment safety notice

Payments should only be made after receiving official written payment instructions from an authorised Taxorithm Advisory email address. Suspicious payment instructions must be verified through accounts@taxorithm.us before payment is made.

Protecting clients against payment fraud and impersonation.

Clients should verify any unusual payment instruction, urgent payment pressure, amended banking details or suspicious communication before transferring funds.

We will not request private banking credentials

Taxorithm Advisory will not ask clients to provide card PINs, online banking passwords, one-time passwords, full card details or mobile money PINs.

Professional payment terms for client engagements.

These terms apply subject to the engagement letter, quotation, invoice, written instructions and agreed scope of work.

Scope

Engagement approval

Services commence after the scope, responsibilities, fees, timelines and payment terms are agreed in writing. A deposit or retainer may be required before work begins.

Due

Invoice due dates

Invoice due dates are stated on the invoice, quotation or engagement letter. Where no date is stated, payment is expected within a reasonable period after invoice issue.

Extra

Scope changes

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, supplementary invoice or written approval before further work proceeds.

Query

Disputed invoices

Invoice queries should be raised promptly through accounts@taxorithm.us, stating the invoice number, amount, reason for dispute and supporting details.
